Our Team

Therapist, RSW
Patrick O'Halloran
Patrick specializes in helping people work through trauma, depression, anxiety, and addictions. He uses an informed, yet relaxed approach to help the therapy process feel accessible. This approach helps many individuals who are new to, unsure or uncomfortable with the idea of counseling.
He uses a combination of therapeutic techniques, knowledge of neurobiology, physical health, and our nervous system to help people identify and challenge behaviours, reactions, and patterns they want to change or improve. This approach often connects well with first responders, military, and health professionals.
He also frequently supports individuals in learning to healthily process and manage emotions as well as those struggling with shame, boundaries, relational conflict and low self-worth among other challenges.

Patrick has been trained in using various trauma therapy techniques, Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Emotion Focused Family Therapy, CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing.

Patrick sees individuals aged 16 years and older.

Patrick is a registered provider for clients covered through Blue Cross and N.I.H.B.

Coach, RN, MScN
Beth O'Halloran
Beth works with people and teams who are tired of "doing all the right things" only to find themselves feeling stretched thin, burdened, and disconnected from their own lives. She supports those navigating the heavy realities of grief, burnout, and shifting identities—helping clients slow down long enough to hear themselves again and build lives they can actually be present in.

With 15 years as a Registered Nurse in in-patient psychiatry, sexual health, and harm reduction, Beth brings a grounded perspective to the messiest human moments. She understands that clinical expertise only goes so far if we don't have the tools to navigate the human side of a crisis. Beth doesn’t show up to "fix" her clients; she shows up to trust them, using deep reflection to help them clear the noise and get honest about what actually matters.

Her approach is collaborative and thoughtful, focused on helping people move away from an unsustainable hustle toward a life built on clarity, capacity, and heart.

Beth offers one-on-one coaching for individuals aged 18 and older, as well as group and team coaching for organizations and workplaces.

Sessions are available online, in-person, or on a walk in the woods.
