He has been trained in using various trauma therapy techniques, Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems, Emotion Focused Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Patrick supports people through anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, addictions, grief, and low self-esteem.
Patrick sees individuals aged 15 years and older.
