Therapy Session
We offer 1 on 1 therapy sessions to help people struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, addictions, trauma, anger, emotion regulation, motivation, self-confidence, grief, interpersonal challenges, life decisions and goals.
We take a holistic approach to wellness, factoring in mental and physical health, life balance and relationships. We take a collaborative approach and work to build skills with clients to promote long-term health and stability.
We offer non-judgmental inclusive counseling to all our clients.
In addition we offer Christian counseling for those looking for a faith-based option.
50 mins sessions. In person, online or phone.
Our offices are located in both Almonte, ON and in Ottawa (Nepean), ON.

Mental Health + Wellness Workshop
We believe that healthy communities are vital in supporting and promoting mental health and wellbeing. With this in mind, our workshops are designed to provide information but also practical tools to support mental health. Workshops are typically 2-4 hours in length and can be tailored to your group's needs.
Topics include, but are not limited to; Mental Health 101, Mental Health in the Workplace, Coping with Stress, Burnout and Balance, Self-Care + Self Compassion, Living Aligned (discovering your values), Your Nervous System (polyvagal theory), Mental Health & Movement.

Mental Health + Faith Workshop
These workshops are designed for Christian faith-based communities and/or community leaders. As in all our workshops, we aim to provide information but also practical tools to support mental health and the mental health of your community. Workshops are typically 2-3 hours in length and can be tailored to your group's needs.
Topics include, but are not limited to; Mental Health & Faith, Mental Health & Faith for Leaders, Common Mental Health Challenges & Strategies for Support, all topics offered in Mental Health + Wellness Workshops.

ASIST Training
ASIST is a two-day interactive workshop in suicide first-aid. ASIST teaches participants to recognize when someone may be at risk of suicide and work with them to create a plan that will support their immediate safety. Although ASIST is widely used by healthcare providers, participants don’t need any formal training to attend the workshop—ASIST can be learned and used by anyone.
We provide corporate/private group training and community trainings.

SafeTALK
safeTALK is a half-day training in suicide alertness. It helps participants recognize a person with thoughts of suicide and connect them with resources who can help them in choosing to live. Participants don’t need any formal preparation to attend the training— anyone can learn the safeTALK steps.
