About the event

If you left The Anxious Generation event asking, “Okay—but what now?” you’re not alone. From Awareness to Action is a follow-up evening designed to help us move from ideas into action. This facilitated community gathering will bring together parents, educators, youth workers, and others invested in supporting young people and families. We will have time to reflect on some of the key learnings from the book event, share current challenges and goals, and explore next steps together.

Come ready to think, share ideas, ask questions, and maybe have a laugh or two :) You don’t need to have anything figured out—just an openness to explore what might be possible alongside others.

Through small group activities and facilitated discussion, we’ll make space for connection, creativity, and practical thinking about what could help in our families, schools, and shared spaces.
